Position: Global Security Operations Centre - Coordinator

This is a night shift role based at Mumbai. Only male candidates with exceptionally good English (written and verbal) to apply for this role.

Objective: The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support our clients' needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

1.     Plan and execute travel security operations; Communicate directly with global clients from Fortune 500 companies and suppliers.

2.     Operate in the Security Operations Command room and control the ongoing projects

3.     Work as part of the security operations team

4.     Aware of global events in the security and geopolitical field.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduates in any discipline (pref. in Political Science, Area Studies, Defense Studies, International Relations etc)
• Experience 0-1 years (candidates with some experience in a similar role would be prefered)
• Operational background
• Strong time management skills – the ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Very high English level (the job will be almost only in English) - other languages are an advantage
• Motivation/determination to work on flexible hours and be part of a 24/7 department providing operational support all over the world.
