Job Designation- Coordinator
Job Description:-
- Coordinate a team of Real Estate Valuation Engineers.
- Answer queries of Clients (Technical Managers) on the valuations done for them.
- Prepare / Maintain the Retail and corporate Valuations database for the past projects done by the company.
- To update the MIS sheet.
- To update the data on software.
- Typing speed – 35 WPM
Qualification:
- Any Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (BBA/BCA/B.Com.B.Sc/MBA/M.Com./M.Sc., etc..) / with good CGPA
- Interest in Real Estate.
- Good communication skill.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Internet...etc.
Salary Package:
CTC would be Upto 1.8/- Lakh Per Annum
