Job Overview:
The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of specific projects, events, or daily operations. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to the set objectives. The coordinator acts as a liaison between different teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Project Coordination:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects or events from start to finish.
Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and deadlines.
Ensure the effective allocation of resources and ensure tasks are completed within the specified timeframes.
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
2.Communication & Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, clients, or stakeholders.
Facilitate communication across departments to ensure all parties are updated on project progress.
Organize and participate in meetings to discuss project status, issues, and potential solutions.
3.Administrative Support:
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and records related to projects or events.
Handle scheduling, booking, and logistical arrangements as required.
4.Resource Management:
Ensure proper resources (materials, tools, equipment) are available for project or event execution.
Track project expenses and assist with budget management to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Oversee inventory management if relevant to the role (e.g., event supplies or project materials).
5.Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
Address challenges or issues that may arise during the planning or execution phases.
Proactively find solutions to ensure projects stay on track and meet objectives.
Escalate concerns to higher management when necessary.
6.Reporting & Analysis:
Compile reports and performance data for managers or stakeholders.
Evaluate the success of the project or event and identify areas for improvement.
Collect feedback from team members and clients to ensure future projects are more efficient.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a coordination or support role.
