Desired candidate:
- Well versed with Companies Act, FEMA,
corporate Laws, employment Act, Acts
Statue's and Rules framed there under.
- Preparing and filing government
reports.
- Focuses his or her legal practice on
issues that affect business, such as taxation, various types of business
transactions, and intellectual property.
- Providing the company with legal
advice
- Strong hands on knowledge of employment law.
- Candidate needs to have an incisive
mind and terrific communication skills
- Manage the legal operations of the
group in line with the objectives of the business
- Handle all legal disputes and matters
concerning all parties government, regulatory authorities, statutory bodies,
clients, operators, etc.
- Review ongoing cases and advice
management accordingly.
- Ensure timely completion of important
legal documentation and communicate vital business inputs to the top management
team on an ongoing basis
- Drafting of agreements, notices,
contracts, complaints, plaints and all legal documents.
