Job Description
- Managing social media of CEO.
- Coordinating with clients.
- Responsible for calendar management, information gathering and doing Market Research activity as directed by Management.
- Updating departmental reports; including collection of information and preparation of MIS reports, process sheets and arranging regular reviews.
- Organize periodic review meetings with the Clients/VPs/ Executive Management.
- Coordinate with finance team for bill settlement and other accounting transactions.
- Pleasing Personality with good communication skills.
- Managing corporate meetings.
