Job Description

Initialization

Prepare gap analysis report after a thorough site visit & going through verification of legal and other existing documents

Send the gap analysis report to Respective Manager and also to Client

Check the gap analysis report of subordinate and modified where required

Discuss the approved gap analysis report to the client.

Documentation

Prepare customized checklist as per standard and send to manager

Prepare documents, forms & formats as per requirements of the standard and checklist

Check all the sending documents, checklists of subordinate and modified if required

Send all documents to manager

Training and Implementation

Impart training to worker / staff after obtaining permission from the manager

Implement the system in client place as per requirement of the standard.

Support subordinate to implement the standards in client place

Audit handling

Carry out Internal Audit & MRM in client place

Participate in audits related to CB audit or Byer's audit at client place

Prepare and send CAPR to the Auditor after completion of every audit

Support subordinate to handle the audits in client place

Data Reporting

Send daily auditor register to Manager & Customer Service

Report every 2 hours of daily work done in WhatsApp group

Update and send checklist of every assigned project after every visit

Self-Development

Attend regular trainings on process development and standards

Attend meetings in regular basis in office.

To enhance level of knowledge on new standard/updated version of existing standard as & when required

Others

Handling of Customer complaints and challenges related to implementation

Co-ordination with Certification body and Client for audit processing related works

Responsible for Revenue generation from project completions
