Gap Theory Designs is looking to add to its team a qualified, self-driven Corporate Representative Officer who is looking to make a splash with a growing company. Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and requests.

• Assist in the planning and execution of PR campaigns and events to enhance the company's public image and reputation.

• Represent the client in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other official matters.

• Develop and maintain effective communication strategies tailored to various audiences, including clients, partners, and internal staff.

• Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.

• Ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Proactively identify issues, challenges, and opportunities within the organization and develop practical solutions to address them.

• Participate in decision-making processes by providing input, analysis, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

• Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

• Continuously evaluate and refine lead generation processes and strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.

• Support the business development team in identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and preparing presentations or proposals.

• Possess strong management skills, including leadership, delegation, and conflict resolution.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments relevant to the company's business. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

• Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision making.

• Support the implementation of performance management systems to track individual and team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing/Small Business Management, Communication, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
