Job Description

Data Collection
Identify Potential Industry in discussion with Supervisor/ Manager
Collect prospect data from multiple online sources daily for next day between 6-7 pm
Target Data related to Medium/ Large/ Mega Companies as per Retail/ Project Sales
Maintain Data in designated Excel Format for next day's calling

Customer Approach
Understand Processes & Challenges associated with the industry
Understand Products that can be pitched to the industry based data collected for the day
Connect with target number of prospective clients via phone or through other means
Understand every company's needs in terms of standardization needs & pitch accordingly
Handle objections raised by the client
Take qualified & confirmed appointments only from client with date, time and location
Achieve 100% of 'Qualified Client Meeting' target month of month

Business Generation
Achieving Revenue Targets from appointments in terms of project & certification sales.
Mandatorily achieve 100% of Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual Sales Targets
Maximizing business through cross selling and upselling to existing clients
Maximizing business through taking references from existing clients
Visiting clients for sales meetings generated by self or others as required 
Data Management Daily updation of 'My Data Collection' in the Daily Sales Report (DSR)
Daily updation of 'Daily Call Tracker' in the Daily Sales Report (DSR)
Daily Updation of 'My Leads Vs Meetings' in the Daily Sales Report (DSR)
Daily Updation of 'My Closings' in the Daily Sales Report (DSR)
Mailing the Daily Sales Report by EOD everyday without fail to the concerned authority
Team Management Train, Develop and Support Team Members when assigned as a part of the team
Ensure 80% of the Team Targets is met month on month
Ensure team achieves minimum 80% of Quarterly, Half Yearly or Annual Sales Targets

Others
Learn, understand and create sales pitch for various products
Keep updating self-knowledge about industries, products and market
Daily, weekly and monthly tracking of own performance and reporting to the seniors
