Job Description
- Corporate ReservationsGraduates/Post GraduatesExperienced or fresher with Great communications can apply (English and Hindi).
- Good in Mathematical aptitude.Should be ready to work in both Voice and Non-voice process. Six days working, Rotational offs. Rotational shift.
- One way cab facility
- Salary: Max Upto 18 to 20k Inhand
- Handling reservations queries and requests coming to the corporate reservations team from Corporate Sales Team and Corporate Admins.·
- The support Sales team and Internal team through Calls, Mails and internal chats.
- Coordination between multiple internal(Sales Team, Internal teams, City teams)and external stakeholders(Hotel Partners, Travel Agents, Corporate Admins)·
- Troubleshooting issues regarding central reservation system.· Handling Admin/Sales Team/Partner escalations.·
- Willing to WORK in ROTATIONAL SHIFTS
