Job Description
- Lead the Corporate sales and Market function for the Corporate Gifts program in the defined territory in Mumbai
- Execute the Sales and Marketing strategy effectively to produce desired outcomes.
- Expand the reseller network and build strong partnerships within the Corporate Companies.
- Manage Corporate Gifts budget and forecasts to achieve specific Corporate Gifts, revenue and
- Profitability growth targets.
- Manage internal reporting, analysis and insights around activations, redemptions and performance a cross partners and channels
- Bring customer and market perspective to the design and development of Corporate Gifts and ensure that we remain ahead of our competition in the field of distribution.
- Execute both strategically and tactically to deliver desired results
- Be a thought leader in helping to define the future of Corporate Gifts.
- Previous experience of 3 6 years with leading companies in the field of Corporate Sales and Marketing
- Good client base of corporates in fortune 500 companies and large SMEs would definitely be a plus
- MBA or Diploma in Marketing preferred with a demonstrated amount of experience post MBA.
- Previous experience in effectively executing sales strategy with demonstrated experience delivering Large projects.
- Proven record of data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with ecommerce functionality
- Familiarity with Corporate Gifts functionality
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external partners
- Previous experience managing third-party vendor relationships is a plus
- Demonstrated track record of creative and structured approach to problem solving
- Experience in similar domain in retail, e commerce, travel or FMCG would be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities
- Comfortable with extensive travelling within the country Mumbai.
