· Developing, implementing, and reviewing processes & initiatives to sell all Godrej appliances, AMCs & accessories in Corporate
· Daily cold calling to institutions and meeting their Purchase or Admin Manager
· Maintaining Daily Visit Report
· Submitting timely quotations & tenders and follow up for orders
· Coordinating with other departments like commercial, sales & service for operational requirements including collections, stocks, product deliveries, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase B2B sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent sales growth.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with corporate clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure long-term partnerships.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Present and promote company products/services to corporate clients, key decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective B2B campaigns.
Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
- Use CRM tools and sales tracking software to manage sales pipelines.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
