Role Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, and procurement within the corporate gifting industry

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector through strategic prospecting, networking, cold calling, and market research.

Generate qualified leads and convert them into new business through presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Build a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
2. Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and feedback sessions to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
3. Sales Strategy and Planning:

Collaborate with the senior sales leadership to develop sales strategies, goals, and objectives aligned with the company’s vision and revenue targets.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Participate in the development of pricing strategies and customized proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
4. Sales Execution and Closing:

Deliver compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing how the company’s offerings can address their business challenges.

Negotiate and close sales agreements that benefit both the client and the organization.

Ensure all contractual obligations are clearly outlined and agreed upon.
5. Coordination and Collaboration:

Work closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Provide feedback from clients and market observations to influence product enhancements or service improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
6. Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline data in CRM systems.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

Evaluate sales performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.
