Job Description

Role Description:
The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences for a
variety of audiences. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to
translate technical or conceptual content into effective learning materials. The candidate should apply
instructional design principles, use appropriate tools and technologies, and ensure timely delivery of high-
quality learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop engaging learning materials for instructor-led and e-learning programs.
2. Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy to structure effective
learning experiences.
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define learning objectives,
instructional strategies, and assessment methods.
4. Develop course outlines, scripts, and storyboards based on provided content and learning goals.
5. Simplify and structure complex technical information into clear, learner-friendly formats using
relevant activities, case studies, and scenarios.
6. Develop e-learning modules, videos, and simulations using tools such as Articulate Storyline,
Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
7. Conduct reviews and incorporate feedback to ensure quality and alignment with learning
objectives.
8. Stay updated with current learning trends and recommend creative approaches to enhance
learner engagement.

Technical Skills:
 Hands-on experience in designing and developing e-learning and instructor-led content.
 Proficiency in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
 Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and
multimedia tools (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.).
 Knowledge of video creation tools will be an advantage.
 Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM packaging.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
 Certification in Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design preferred.
 2+ years of experience in instructional design and development.
