Job Description
We are hiring fresh graduates who are passionate about electronics and hardware design to join our Corporate Training Program in PCB Layout Design. This is a structured, hands-on program designed to build industry-ready PCB designers. On successful completion, trainees may be deployed to live projects or placed with our partner companies.
What You Will Learn:
- Fundamentals of PCB design and fabrication
- Industry-standard EDA tools: Altium Designer, OrCAD, Mentor graphics-pads pro.
- Schematic capture and component library creation
- Routing techniques, grounding, and power distribution
- Signal integrity, EMI/EMC, DFM/DFT concepts
- Industry standards: IPC-2221, IPC-7351, etc.
- Real-world project work and Gerber generation
Program Duration:
16 weeks (Depending on batch and skill level)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Recent graduates in Electronics/Electrical/ECE or related streams
- Strong interest in hardware/PCB design
- Basic knowledge of circuit theory and electronics
- Willingness to learn tools and work in technical teams
- Good communication and analytical skills
