1. Job Overview
A Correspondence Representative is responsible for handling written communication with customers, clients, and business partners via emails, letters, chat, and other digital channels. The role involves responding to inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and providing accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image.

2. Key Responsibilities
A. Customer Communication Management

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through email, letters, and chat support.

B. Data & Record Management

C. Coordination with Internal Teams

D. Complaint Handling & Resolution

E. Quality Assurance
