Job Description
Team Management:
· Management, Process Improvement, Accounting, Payment Processing, Client Handling, Customer Service.
· Currently handling part of process called Exception Handling with team size of 4
· Providing the resolution for their queries.
· Conducting meeting related to process updates, queries and providing resolution.
· Monitor and analyze the performance of team members and help them to improve their skill set.
· Creating backups to avoid delays in deliverables
Client Management:
· Frequent interaction with the client and provide necessary assistance based on necessity.
· Weekly and monthly meetings with client on the production, Accuracy and queries.
Collect client survey feedback regularly and initiate an action accordingly to satisfy the clients
