Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling Duties:

Make outbound calls to potential leads, prospects, or clients to explain products, services, or programs offered.

Handle incoming calls and respond to queries in a professional and friendly manner.

Follow up on leads generated via campaigns, social media, referrals, or walk-ins.

Maintain a high level of customer service at all times to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
2. Counselling Responsibilities:
-
Conduct face-to-face or virtual counselling sessions with walk-in or scheduled clients.

Understand the individual's interests, needs, or concerns and offer suitable recommendations or course options.

Clarify doubts regarding programs, admissions, fees, career opportunities, or services.

Assist in the enrollment or registration process by providing step-by-step guidance.

Build long-term relationships with clients by following up and tracking progress.
3. Lead Management and CRM:
-
Record all customer interactions, queries, and follow-ups using CRM software or manual logs.

Update lead status and ensure timely follow-up until closure or enrollment.

Coordinate with the marketing, academic, or admissions teams to ensure smooth information flow and process completion.

Maintain proper records of walk-ins, inquiries, and conversions on a daily and monthly basis.
4. Communication and Coordination:

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support promotional campaigns, events, or webinars.

Participate in training sessions, team meetings, or performance reviews.

Share feedback from customers to help improve product/service offerings or marketing approaches.

Maintain professional behavior and adhere to ethical standards in all communications.
5. Reporting and Target Achievement:

Prepare daily and weekly reports regarding the number of calls made, inquiries handled, appointments fixed, and conversions achieved.

Achieve assigned targets in terms of calls, walk-ins, counselling sessions, and enrollments.

Highlight key challenges, objections, and customer behavior to improve strategy.
