Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Counselor cum Telecaller to join our team Ziza First Technologies Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents about our courses and admission process while also handling telecalling to generate leads and follow up with potential students.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about various courses and career opportunities.
Handle telecalling to reach out to potential students, explain offerings, and schedule appointments.
Follow up with leads and ensure smooth admission processes.
Maintain records of inquiries and admissions.
Collaborate with the team to meet admission targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Experience in counseling or tele calling is a plus.
Ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain follow-ups.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and record-keeping.
