Job Description

SINP desires to appoint 1(one) Part-time Counselor (Psychological) on purely temporary and contractual basis.

Tenure: Initially for 1 (one) year and is renewable subject to the performance & requirement of the Institute.

Education Qualification: Ph.D/M.Phil/Post Graduate Diploma in the fields of Psychology (Counseling, Clinical Psychology) with at least two years of relevant experience.

Desirable: i) Have training in counseling technique and/or any therapeutic module. ii) Experience in psychotherapy of students of residential Institutes of higher learning. iii) Administrative experience in managing relevant counseling service set-ups.

Consolidated Pay: Rs. 30,000/- per month. The Counselor has to attend the duties in this Institute on all working days for 04 hours in a day between 10 a.m to 6 p.m. He/She has to attend emergency cases in this Institute beyond the stipulated time and also to advise the SINP Medical Advisory Committee as and when required.

Age Limit:Maximum 55years as on September 30, 2020.
