Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive and comfortable environment.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the reception area efficiently.
  • Provide information to clients about counseling services, including fees, availability, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with privacy regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to counselors including preparing materials, drafting correspondence, and organizing mailings/communications
  • Complete clerical and copying responsibilities for the counselors.
  • Provide routine information regarding the counseling department
  • Assist counselors with dual credit registration and notifications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
