Job Summary
To engage with the customers, understanding the needs of the customer, explaining the offerings of the store and assisting them in choosing jewellery according to their requirements. Also, managing multiple sales counters of diverse product categories and take customized jewellery orders.
Responsibilities and Duties
- The Jewellery Retail Sales Associate or Customer Care executive is the person-in-charge of a sales counter in the retail stores.
- The individual in the jewellery retailing store engages with the customers, understands the buying requirement of the customers, explains the offerings of the store, assists them in choosing jewellery and completes the sales transaction. The individual manages multiple sales counters of diverse product category and also take customized jewellery orders from the customers.

Required Experience and Qualifications
- 0 to 5 years in jewellery sales.
- Minimum 10th Standard Passed & Maximum Graduation
