Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a well-dressed, energetic, and creative Counter Sales Executive for our kidswear retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer handling at the store counter, particularly with female customers, and will also play an active role in promoting the brand on social media by creating engaging content, product photography, and short videos/reels using AI tools.
This is a blended role that combines in-store sales with online marketing, ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, interacting with people, and social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Handling & Sales:

Greet walk-in customers (especially mothers and families) with warmth and professionalism.

Assist customers in selecting products based on size, occasion, and trends in kidswear.

Provide styling tips and product information to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Manage counter sales, billing, packaging, and basic store operations.

Ensure proper product display and cleanliness at the sales counter.
2. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation:

Take high-quality product photos and model shots (mannequin or live).

Create and post Instagram Reels, Facebook/WhatsApp stories, and AI-generated content to promote new arrivals, offers, and store events.

Use trending audio, filters, and editing tools (or AI apps like Canva, CapCut, etc.) to make engaging videos.

Suggest creative ideas for visual merchandising and online campaigns.
3. Product Knowledge & Presentation:

Stay updated on product details, new stock, and ongoing promotions.

Display merchandise attractively to highlight features and offers.

Ensure racks and shelves are replenished and organized.
4. Customer Feedback & Relationship Building:

Maintain a friendly rapport with repeat customers.

Collect and act on customer feedback to improve in-store and social experience.

Share product photos or offers with VIP customers via WhatsApp or social media.
Key Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi/English/local language).

Ability to connect well with female customers and mothers.

Comfortable with mobile apps and basic photo/video editing tools.

Passion for kidswear, trends, and visual presentation.

Time management and multitasking ability.
Personal Qualities:

Presentable and well-groomed appearance (as per brand image).

Creative and expressive on camera for reels and photos (optional but preferred).
