COUNTER SALES EXECUTIVE

 HEAD OFFICE:
B.B.B. Ganguly Street, Kolkata – 700012

 Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
 Weekly Off: 1 day per week – Not Fixed
 Holidays: As per company holiday calendar

 SALARY STRUCTURE

 Fresher: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month
 0–2 Years: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000/month
 2–4 Years: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000/month
 4+ Years: Salary negotiable based on experience

 ADDITIONAL SALES INCENTIVES
Sales targets will be assigned, with applicable incentives provided in addition to the fixed salary.

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 Attend customers at the jewellery counter and understand their requirements.
 Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products.
 Handle counter sales of Gold, Diamond, Silver and Platinum Jewellery.
 Explain product features, designs and relevant details to customers.
 Present jewellery professionally and maintain proper counter standards.
 Build positive customer relationships and provide courteous service.
 Coordinate with the store manager and other team members for smooth sales operations.
 Support billing and other store-related activities as assigned.
 Maintain proper care and handling of jewellery products.
 Participate in periodic inventory checking, approximately 3 times annually, depending on the department assigned.
 Follow company policies, sales procedures and customer-service standards.

 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

 Fluent in Bengali & English
 Good communication and customer-handling skills
 Presentable, polite and customer-friendly personality
 Comfortable interacting with customers at the jewellery counter
 Previous Jewellery / Retail Sales experience preferred
 Freshers can also apply
 Sales-oriented and willing to work towards assigned targets
 Responsible, disciplined and willing to work as part of a store team
