Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a Counter Sales Executive to assist customers at the sales counter, provide product information, process sales transactions, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-driven approach, and the ability to handle retail transactions efficiently.
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales counter area.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a courteous manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
