Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sell tickets and F&B products over the counter

Guide customer to respective seats

Cashiering duties which includes cash handling ,opening and closing of till, completion of end day report, handing over of cash and reports to Managers

Preparation of food and beverages including light meals and snacks

Delivery of light meals and snacks to patrons

Attending to all enquiries including enquiries on the shows, procedures, discounts / promotions, food and beverage

Perform stock take procedures and replenishing of stocks at display counters

Ushering duties

Maintenance of work station and counter, ensuring that they are well-stocked with the right stationery, clean, dry and tide at all times. This is includes floor cleaning, when necessary.

Maintenance of POS, ensuring that it is in good working condition. Reporting of system faults or irregularities to the Manager

Skills:

Multitasking

Service oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Team player with good interpersonal skills and fluent in English

Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays
