Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Courier Delivery Executive to join our logistics team. The role involves delivering goods or parcels from one location to another, ensuring timely delivery, and collecting payments when necessary. This is a full-time field job. Driving licence and two wheeler is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pickup & Delivery Operations:

Collect and deliver parcels, documents, or packages to assigned locations.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries as per company guidelines.
Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and ensure proper documentation.

2. Route & Time Management:

Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize delays.
Use maps and navigation tools for faster deliveries.
Maintain a consistent delivery schedule to meet deadlines.

3. Customer Interaction & Verification:

Verify recipient identity and obtain signatures upon delivery.
Communicate professionally with customers to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Address customer queries or complaints regarding deliveries.

4. Safety & Compliance:

Follow traffic rules and company safety regulations while driving.
Ensure proper handling of fragile or sensitive items.
Report any delivery issues, vehicle breakdowns, or accidents immediately.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and tracking records.
Submit daily reports on completed and pending deliveries.
Handle return parcels and undelivered items as per company policy.
