C&P Executive Job in For a Client of TeamLease Digital at New Delhi

 Ensure the effective execution of all procurement activities for the assigned Project,

meeting cost, quality, schedule, and compliance objectives.

 Ensure tendering and bidding processes are conducted in accordance with company

procedures and project requirements.

 Maintain a qualified and competitive supplier base through bidder pre-qualification and

approved vendor list management.

 Ensure commercial evaluations are completed accurately and support sound procurement

decisions.

 Ensure timely issuance and effective administration of purchase orders and procurement

contracts.

 Monitor procurement progress and proactively address risks that may impact project

schedule, quality, or cost.

 Ensure accurate and timely procurement reporting and communication to the Project

Procurement Manager and Project stakeholders.

 Support achievement of project procurement objectives while maintaining compliance with

corporate governance and ethical sourcing standards.

 Support the Post PO Management activities
