We’re hiring Creative Design Intern who are ready to learn, create, and grow with us!
About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Design Intern with a passion for visual storytelling, digital design, and brand aesthetics. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build hands-on experience in graphic design, content creation, and creative strategy within a collaborative environment.
You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to conceptualize and develop visually compelling graphics for digital platforms, social media, presentations, print materials, and branding assets. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn modern design tools and trends.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design Support

Assist in designing creatives for social media posts, stories, reels, banners, advertisements, and email campaigns.

Create digital assets for brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

Help design internal communications, presentations, and client pitch decks.
2. Branding & Visual Identity
-
Maintain consistency in design elements such as fonts, colors, logos, and imagery across all media.

Work on visual concepts aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.

Contribute ideas for brand campaigns, including logo treatments, iconography, and layout systems.
3. Illustration & Layouts
-
Create illustrations, infographics, and data visuals for articles, blogs, or reports.

Assist in typesetting and layout design for brochures, catalogs, packaging, or publications.
4. Collaboration & Brainstorming
-
Participate in creative meetings and brainstorming sessions to conceptualize fresh ideas.

Collaborate with content writers, marketing executives, product teams, and other departments.
-
Be open to feedback and iterate quickly on design revisions.
5. Digital Media Design
-
Assist in motion graphic creation using tools like After Effects or Canva (basic animation only if required).

Optimize graphics for web, social media, and mobile responsiveness.
6. File & Asset Management
-
Maintain a well-organized folder structure and naming convention for all design assets.

Ensure that all deliverables are archived, accessible, and backed up.
Required Skills & Tools
Design & Creativity:

Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.

Ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into clean, aesthetic designs.
Software Proficiency:

Working knowledge of tools like:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Figma or Canva for UI/UX or social creatives

Basic knowledge of video tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects is a bonus

Communication:

Ability to understand briefs, take constructive feedback, and communicate design rationale clearly.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
Time & Project Management:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
