Creative Designer
Job Description
Creative visualization
- Understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas.
- A deep understanding of the Design Thinking Process & Wire framing. Empathy and advocacy for users, in all areas of work.
- Work with the design & digital teams daily to get the design prerequisites and deliver on deadlines.
- Ability to communicate ideas into visuals on different platforms & defines the design philosophy for multiple channels (CRM, social media, Digital)
Designing
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Perform retouching and enhancement of images
- Work with a wide range of media and use of design software
- Plans and illustrates concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetics
- Proofread to produce high quality and accurate work
- To be able to create & maintain the monthly marketing calendar
Time management
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Prioritize projects based on goals, bandwidth, business requirements
Team Coordination
- Coordinates with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. to complete projects
- Coordinates with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through completion of a project
Tracking trends
- Stay up to date with best practices and current technological improvements
- Learn the best practises, continuously, from online and offline sources
Reporting
- Tracking & reporting ROI on all spends
- Weekly detailed reports on conversions
- Data analysis and reporting
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Skills
1. Presentation & Persuasion skills
2. Hyper-listening skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Experience with popular design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere pro & others.
Creative, ability to think of new ideas with an eye for detail
Other Important Notes:
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience, in any sectors
Emoluments: Competitive Salary, benchmarked as per the market
Joining: Someone who can join soon, will be preferred

Work Week: 6 days a week
