Creative Media Producer and Presenter - YouTube - Profit-Sharing Role
About the RoleWe are looking for a talented, confident, and versatile content creator/presenter to lead and appear in videos for our YouTube channel. This is a performance-based, profit-sharing role — your earnings will grow along with the channel’s monetization success.
You will have full creative freedom to produce content in multiple formats, including:

Documentaries (educational, travel, or social topics)

Animated content
-
Music videos & original English songs — must be fully self-created (music & video)
-
Entertainment, reviews, or storytelling formats
-
Plan, research, and create high-quality video content for YouTube.

Script, narrate, present, and/or sing in videos as needed.

Appear on camera with a confident and engaging presence.

Produce original music compositions and music videos.
-
Participate in local video shoots and, based on performance and passion, future international shoots in the United Kingdom and European countries (visa and travel support provided).

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Clear, pleasant, and confident speaking voice (hobby or talent in singing is a plus).

Creativity and originality in music and content creation.

Comfortable appearing on camera.

Basic video production or editing knowledge is an advantage.

Preferred: Female candidates with interests in music, movies, or creative arts.

Profit-sharing model: Income will be based on channel monetization growth.
