Customer Acquisition & Sales
Meeting monthly targets of Credit Card + Insurance sales. Engaging with leads generated by the pharmacy and the call center team.
Explaining credit card features, benefits, and offers to potential customers and driving sales of credit cards.
Create 20 active CLGO in a month (Credit Card Lead Generating Outlet)
Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional conduct and follow-ups. Assist customers with form filling, KYC and onboarding
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Promotional Activities:
Organize promotional events and camps in residential welfare associations (RWAs), Corporates and high walk-in areas to create awareness about Apollo Pharmacy products and services.
Interact with residents during these events like camps etc. (as per the marketing calendar), and persuade them to choose Apollo SBI Card and Insurance products.
