Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Credit Card Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards directly to customers through in-store counters and field sales activities. This position plays a key role in expanding the customer base, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets.
This role is suitable for individuals with a flair for sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer interaction. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
1. Credit Card Promotion and Sales

Actively promote and sell the company’s range of credit cards to walk-in customers at assigned stores or through field sales visits.

Approach potential customers professionally and initiate conversations to understand their financial needs and spending habits.

Clearly explain credit card features, eligibility criteria, benefits, usage limits, reward programs, annual fees, and other relevant terms.
2. Customer Interaction and Relationship Building

Build rapport with customers through courteous and helpful communication.

Guide customers through the application process, assist in filling forms, and collect required documentation such as ID proof, address proof, and income documents.

Follow up with customers to provide updates and resolve queries post-application.
3. Target Achievement

Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets for credit card issuance.

Track progress daily and share reports with team leads or supervisors.

Work on strategies to improve personal and team performance.
4. Field and Store-Based Sales

Operate from assigned locations such as retail counters, malls, pharmacies, or financial kiosks.

Conduct field visits to corporate offices, apartments, colleges, or markets for sales promotions and lead generation.

Participate in sales camps, roadshows, and marketing events as per schedule.
5. Documentation and Compliance

Collect, verify, and submit customer documents as per KYC norms and company policy.

Ensure accuracy in form filling and documentation to avoid application rejections.

Maintain proper records of submitted forms and applications.
6. Reporting and Feedback

Maintain daily logs of customer interactions, applications processed, and leads generated.

Provide regular feedback to the team lead or sales manager on customer preferences, challenges, and suggestions.

Keep updated with product changes, new features, and offers to communicate effectively with prospects.
