Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Credit Card Sales Executive to promote and sell credit cards through in-store (Apollo Pharmacy) and field sales activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to connect with diverse customers, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities1. In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy Locations)

Approach walk-in customers at assigned Apollo Pharmacy outlets to promote and explain various credit card offerings.

Identify the needs of customers and match them with suitable card features (e.g., cashback, travel benefits, health-related rewards).

Ensure proper display of promotional materials and maintain a professional appearance at the in-store kiosk or counter.

Accurately collect and verify customer documents such as identity proof, address proof, PAN card, and income details.

Resolve customer doubts regarding card eligibility, charges, usage, and rewards.
2. Field Sales Activities

Conduct field visits to residential areas, offices, or other retail locations to generate leads and close credit card applications.

Canvass nearby areas from the pharmacy location to approach potential customers who may benefit from owning a credit card.

Organize small promotional campaigns, set up information booths, or distribute flyers if required.

Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, or in-person visits to complete the application process.
3. Lead Generation and Conversion

Build and maintain a pipeline of leads from in-store traffic, walk-ins, and self-generated sources.

Maintain a daily log of interactions, applications submitted, approvals, and rejections.

Ensure a high conversion rate through effective pitch, follow-up, and customer handling.

Work on monthly and weekly sales targets set by the company or banking partner.
4. Customer Service and Compliance

Provide accurate product information and maintain transparency about charges, fees, and eligibility criteria.

Ensure KYC compliance and verify the authenticity of documents before submission.

Educate customers on responsible card usage, repayment cycles, and benefits.

Escalate customer issues or objections to the sales manager or relevant team when required.
5. Coordination and Reporting

Coordinate with backend teams for timely submission and tracking of credit card applications.

Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to your team leader or branch manager.

Share feedback from the field and suggest improvements in the pitch, process, or customer experience.
