Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and persuasive Credit Card Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting credit card products, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

This role is suitable for individuals who are motivated, client-focused, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment, with the ability to generate leads, close sales, and manage customer relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify potential customers through walk-ins, referrals, cold calls, and networking.

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients to introduce credit card products and benefits.

  • Generate a pipeline of prospective customers and follow up to convert leads into approvals.

  • Actively participate in promotional campaigns and events to increase product awareness.

2. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Promote the features, benefits, and rewards programs of credit cards effectively.

  • Persuade customers to choose credit card solutions that best meet their financial and lifestyle needs.

  • Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance product adoption.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and repeat business.

  • Address customer queries and provide accurate information regarding credit card products, terms, and conditions.

  • Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients for application submission and approval.

  • Maintain professional communication and customer service standards throughout the sales process.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all customer applications and forms are accurately completed and submitted.

  • Adhere to bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and company standards during all sales activities.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and applications in the CRM system.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, approvals, and pipeline status.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor competitor credit card offers, promotions, and campaigns.

  • Gather insights on customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities.

  • Provide feedback to management to enhance product positioning and marketing strategies.

  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within assigned territories.

6. Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns.

  • Participate in team meetings to share learnings, strategies, and performance insights.

  • Support colleagues during high-volume periods or promotional events.

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and goal-oriented work environment.
