Designation: Credit Management
Responsibilities include:
1. Handle leads that are received through online digital marketing
2. Research and evaluate clients' creditworthiness after checking all documents
3. Create credit scoring models to predict risks
4. Approve or reject loan requests based on credibility and potential revenues and losses
5. Calculate and set interest rates
6. Negotiate loan terms with clients
7. Disburse the loans
