Roles & Responsibilities:
- Credit Underwriting for Business and Personal Loans
- Manage quality of customer portfolio
- Maintain high service level standards (Turnaround times)
- High quality of underwriting for unsecured loans
- Provide feedback to channels/vendors on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Comply with Audit on all aspects as stipulated by the Head office
- Manage channel risk
