Hiring for Leading NBFC - Credit Manager - Bangalore
CA Freshers - Second Attempt
Responsible for credit & risk appraisal of SME Business.
Appraisal and approval of proposals including supervision of credit underwriters.
Manage the portfolio quality and ensure compliance to policy norms.
Recommending, presenting and getting proposals/cases approved at various credit committees.
Interacting with various vendors to ensure best practices are followed and gaps (if any) are plugged.
Responsible for UAT and implementation of all system/process changes.
Closely tracking of delinquent customers to ensue these remains in lowest bucket and learning’s from these are implemented for future cases.
Handling a team of people (ACM, CM and CPAs) across region. Ensure the team is motivated and their recruitment and training needs are taken care of.
Managing Post Disbursal Documents.
Annual review of all high ticket cases after disbursement
Training of credit underwriters on Policy norms and provide proper inputs to Policy team for up gradation or improvement in Policy/process.
Overall responsible for running the CPA shop and overlooking all the activities from sourcing to disbursement/storage.
Ability to manage team and ensure proper flow of process in the credit CPA shop.
Interaction with seniors for credit underwriting of files and ensure proper management of sourcing.
Problem solving and ensure Customer centric approach to all issues in the CPA shop
