1. Ability to Work Management Supervisory personnel to identify specific training needs based on projected production processes, changes or other factors.
2. Ability to Formulate Training policies schedules,utilising knowledge of identified training needs.
3. Ability to speak in English,Hindi and Telugu.
4. Ability to Develop testing evaluation procedures.
5. Execute training strategies.
6. Implement training initiatives development programs.
7. Ensure that training programs are executed to highly enjoyable standards.
8. Develop key metrics programs to monitor training excellence.
9. Evaluate performance of training participants.
10.Must be able to travel to stores within the region.
