1. Payment & Accounts Support
-
Update customer payments daily in trackers/ERP.
-
Coordinate with Accounts Department for reconciliations, payment receipts, and TDS records.
-
Update vendor bills online and process documentation in RAMCO software.
-
Follow up on work orders for new vendors and track approvals.
-
Prepare and share receipts for maintenance-related payments.
-
Prepare monthly reports of sold, unsold, and possession-pending flats.
-
Track and maintain project-wise databases (sales, possession, and payments).
-
Prepare MIS and reports for management review.
-
Assist CRM Executives in customer documentation and follow-ups.
-
Share payment break-ups and assist customers in loan processing documents.
-
Maintain accurate filing of customer agreements, receipts, and NOCs.
-
Support in preparing meeting reports and data presentations.
-
Knowledge of accounts coordination, ERP tools, and real estate reporting.
-
Strong analytical & documentation skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and RAMCO software.
-
Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate databases.
-
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
