The CRM Executive - Calls is responsible for managing the customer interactions over phone calls, ensuring excellent service delivery, and building strong relationships with clients. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product/service information, and maintaining accurate customer records. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Any Degree
Experience: 0-5 years

· Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
· Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
Salary:
· Minimum salary -15000
· Maximum salary - 18000
