Location- Work from office {Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur}
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client interactions through calls, messages, and emails.
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and provide prompt support to clients.
Update and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the internal matchmaking and support teams.
Ensure a smooth and pleasant client experience at every touchpoint.
