Job Description
- - Handling inbound & outbound Calls
- - Handling first level escalations from hospitals
- - Handling escalations from Account Managers
- - Handling escalations received by mail from Providers and Payers
- - Continuous monitoring of all cases submitted in the platform and escalate the cases which exceed the TAT for faster processing
- Data Entry without any error
- - Make sure the SLA's are met
- - Deal with complaints, queries, in a professional and timely manner
- - Assist the team leader in ensuring all the deliverables are met
- Answer Inbound calls, when needed '
Education
- UG : Graduation Not Required, Any Graduate in Any Specialization
- PG : Post Graduation Not Required, Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization
- Doctorate : Any Doctorate in Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
