Brief description :
- The CRM Executive is responsible for assisting in customer development in terms of customer onboarding, engagement and retention, by leveraging customer insights to improve product adoption and customer loyalty. A deep understanding of both the product and customer needs are required to provide support and to provide customer insight to the backend team.
- This requires a blend of analytical thinking, customer empath and excellent communication skills.
Preferred skills:
- Follow processes for customer on-boarding, engagement and retention, using analytics to constantly evolve them in line with business objectiveness and efficiency
- Provide product and customer support ensuring thorough investigation of issues/concerns, clear communication and within defined TAT
- Contribute feedback and suggestions to online customer support content which streamlines the customer support process – FAQs, product support videos and similar content.
- Communicate developments on the evolving product to customers through emails/relevant notification
- Communicate customer insights and behaviour to the internal marketing team to contribute towards customer acquisition/education campaigns
- Relay user-based product feedback to backend teams for improvements
- Day-to-day management of support tools, document issues/change requests, report on support activities and customer insights
- Strong quantitative, analytical,and reporting skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated and deadline driven.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho,Fereshdesk is an advantage
