Job Overview

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage and enhance customer relationships through effective communication, data management, and automation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CRM software, customer engagement strategies, and data analytics to improve customer retention and sales growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

➢ Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.

➢ Documentation: Manage agreements, client records, and correspondence related to bookings, payments, and project updates.

➢ Client Support: Facilitate post-sale services, including resolving issues related to handovers and possession.

➢ Coordination: Work with sales, legal, and accounts teams to streamline communication and ensure client satisfaction.

➢ Feedback Management: Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service quality and build long-term relationships.

➢ MIS Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on client interactions, escalations, and resolutions for management review.
