Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our team in Andheri, Marol Naka. This role focuses on managing client interactions, tracking leads, managing property or service listings, and ensuring smooth and efficient communication with clients across all stages of the sales lifecycle.
As a CRM Executive, you will act as the bridge between clients, sales teams, and operational units to maintain updated records, provide timely communication, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with Excel, and a good understanding of CRM systems and client servicing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management & Tracking

Capture and input leads into the CRM system from various channels (website, social media, inbound calls, field teams).

Assign leads to relevant sales representatives and ensure timely follow-up.

Monitor lead status and update progression regularly in the system.

Prepare lead conversion reports and follow-up status sheets using Excel.
2. Client Interaction & Relationship Building

Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person coordination.

Address client queries, provide property or service-related information, and guide them through the process.

Follow up with clients for documentation, meetings, property/site visits, or service confirmations.

Build positive, long-lasting relationships with clients through professional and timely interactions.
3. Data Entry & Reporting (Excel & CRM Tools)

Maintain and update Excel sheets for inventory, property/service listings, lead logs, and client follow-ups.

Ensure that all client communication and meeting notes are recorded in the CRM system.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, client conversion, and pipeline activity.

Reconcile and cross-check CRM entries with Excel reports to ensure accuracy.
4. Listing Management

Coordinate with the sales or marketing team to upload, update, and manage listings (properties, services, projects).

Ensure all listings are accurate, well-categorized, and include necessary details such as location, pricing, features, and availability.

Track inquiries and views on listings and report trends to the sales team.

Assist in preparing brochures, listing descriptions, or photo documentation if required.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams

Liaise with sales, site, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.

Schedule client appointments, site visits, meetings, and follow-ups in sync with the concerned department.

Coordinate with finance and operations teams for post-sale documentation, payment updates, or service delivery stages.
6. Customer Feedback & Satisfaction

Collect client feedback post site visits, meetings, or completed transactions.

Record issues or concerns raised by clients and escalate them to the appropriate departments.

Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and support the company’s goal to deliver a high-quality client experience.
