JOB DESCRIPTION – CRM REPRESENTATIVE
We are Expanding our Team!
We are looking to hire for the ‘CRM Executive’ role who is an enthusiastic person, open to learning & contribute from day zero.
Roles and Responsibilities:
⎯ Coordinate with the client for payment.
⎯ Building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers.
⎯ Maintain your day-to-day MIS report regarding customer details.
⎯ Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
⎯ Resolving customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile:
-Should be good at communicating in English and Hindi Language.
-Good presentation and negotiation skills.
-Must be Street Smart
-A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
Perks and Benefits:
Salary: 2,00,000 INR – 3,00,000 INR
