Hiring For Unique Measurement Services
Role: CRM Executive (onroll)
Timing: 9am - 6pm
Experience: 1yr - 3yrs
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Making outbound calls telecallers initiate calls to potential customers to introduce our services, explain their features and benefits, and try to generate interest.
· Handling inbound calls & they respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support related to the company's offerings.
· Generating leads and sales telecallers aim to convert leads into customers by persuading them to make purchases or schedule appointments.
· Maintaining customer records they update customer information, track call logs, and ensure accurate data entry
