Job Description

As a CRM executive/manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our crm system while actively connecting with new potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, social media, google platforms, and other digital channels and others. your goal is to generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert them into successful export sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM System Management:

  • Manage, update, and maintain the company’s CRM platform (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and categorization of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.

  • Track customer journey stages, sales pipeline, and lead conversion metrics within the CRM.

  • Work closely with the IT or tech support team to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Use the CRM system to create and execute targeted campaigns aimed at lead generation for export markets.

  • Identify and reach out to new prospects through cold emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

  • Utilize Google platforms (Search, My Business, Ads) and SEO/SEM strategies to attract international leads.

3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Regularly communicate with leads and customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other digital tools.

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to guide them through the sales funnel.

  • Follow up with existing customers to promote repeat business, upselling, or referrals.

4. Sales Support & Conversion:

  • Work with the export sales team to qualify leads and schedule product presentations or calls.

  • Share CRM insights to support sales forecasting, planning, and decision-making.

  • Track and support leads through the full sales cycle, from inquiry to order placement and post-sales follow-up.

5. Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, engagement, conversions, and CRM usage.

  • Analyze trends and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, response time, and customer engagement levels.

6. Process Optimization & Strategy:

  • Identify gaps in lead nurturing or CRM workflows and recommend improvements.

  • Create and implement automation flows (e.g., email drip campaigns, reminders) to increase productivity and engagement.

  • Stay updated with CRM trends, new features, and export marketing best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.

    • MBA or specialization in Export Management / CRM / Digital Marketing is a plus.

  • Experience:

    • 2–5 years of experience in CRM management, sales support, or export lead generation.

    • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).

    • Exposure to international sales/export processes is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and data analysis tools.

    • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Business, and social media lead generation (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).

    • Knowledge of export sales documentation and processes is an added advantage.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent written English and professional email drafting abilities.

    • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

    • Goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
