Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling customer leads, who have shown intrest in buying a property.
- Understand customer Property needs/requirements.
- Fixing appointments for the on-field Property Advisory, who would further assist the clients.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
