Job Description
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Maintaining healthy relationship with the existing vendors and generate new leads for vendor onboarding
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, were taken. Process orders, forms, and applications
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- KANNADA ,English and Hindi fluency for customer support executive is mandatory.
